Dance Yourself Fit


Rhythm Fit is a dance-inspired calorie burning fitness programme that combines high energy music and lighting to create a party-like atmosphere which is truly addictive!  Rhythm Fit is for all abilities and all ages.  Why not come along and join the fun!

Rachel Bullen, choreographer

Rhythm Fit director Rachel Bullen has danced internationally with legends including Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue & Craig David and has been teaching dance for over 2 decades.  As well as Rhythm Fit, Rachel currently teaches modern and commercial dance classes at the Bramhall School of Dancing and is the current Head of Dance for the upcoming production at Laurus Cheadle Hulme.

Partnering with schools

Academic subjects are important for your child's education, but dance should have a place in the schedule too!  Proven to reduce stress, improve concentration and build confidence, dance can be the perfect partner to any school curriculum.
